How do you know what sorority my daughter will receive her bid from?

After all of the girls are handed their bid, we receive a list from each sorority with the names of the girls that got a bid. 

When should my daughter expect to receive her Bid Day basket?

After receiving the bid list from the first sorority, we immediately start filling the orders. The orders are filled on a first order, first serve basis and by price tier. The first batch of orders can be expected to arrive at the sorority houses that evening. We continue to fill orders and deliveries until all of the orders placed are delivered. In past years, this process has lasted until late Monday evening. 

What if my daughter receives duplicate items or is not satisfied with an item?

Beginning the Wednesday following Bid Day, your daughter is more than welcome to exchange her Bid Day basket items for other Greek merchandise. The deadline for exchanging items is October 29, 2019.

How late can I place a Bid Day basket order?

You may place a Bid Day basket order any time before we close the store to fill the baskets on Bid Day. The store typically closes at 1pm on that day. We do NOT answer the phones after closing. We also take orders in the weeks following Bid Day.

What happens if my daughter does not receive a bid or is released from recruitment early?

If your daughter's name is not on the bid lists we receive, then we call the number provided at the time the order was placed to verify that we have the correct information. If we receive prior notification, we will be glad to make a "Happy" basket for her and deliver it, or she can come by and pick up a gift certificate instead. We do NOT offer refunds or cash back.

What happens if my daughter decides to not accept a bid or drops out during recruitment?

If your daughter decides not to accept a bid, or drops out of recruitment, we ask that you call us before 1pm on the Sunday of Bid Day. If we receive prior notification, we will be glad to make a "Happy" basket for her and deliver it, or she can come by and pick up a gift certificate instead. We do NOT offer refunds or cash back.
